We're over the moon to announce the arrival of our first Johanna Johnson gowns will be here at The Dress Theory Seattle soon! If we're friends on Instgram, you might have caught Camille testing out The Mae and The Viva gowns on a visit our San Diego boutique this weekend. We're literally obsessed with Johanna Johnson and her entire collection. Since we announced these dresses were coming our way, we've received nonstop requests from Brides and we even sold a Johanna Johnson gown to a wonderful Nashville bride. Without the bride even seeing the gowns in person! But when she makes gowns as beautiful as she does and makes celebrities look extra amazing, it's a safe bet! Looking for proof? Back to Johanna's wedding dresses though, the Australian designer creates some of the most beautiful, luxurious (even to the touch), quality gowns we have ever experienced! The Mae gown just might be our current favorite and our first JJ blog feature! The Mae has a stunning, unforgettable low back, and the class and elegance of the front of the gown is the perfect balance to the sexy cutout back. Who wouldn't want to feel glamourous, classy, and just the right amount of sexy on their wedding day?! And those jewel details... Even with a knock out back, they cannot be overlooked. The embellishments, the beading, the intensely luxurious silk. There is just so many incredible elements to this gown. We think this dress would be just as perfect at a garden wedding as a formal affair in a historic art deco setting. This real bride above and the one below look so beautiful in the Mae gown, we can't wait to see our own brides in the gown! The photos of this dress are beautiful, but do not even come close to reaching the level of beauty this gown is in person.
